| The USCSCA Board, officers and membership would like to congratulate the Brunswick Area Maine (Brunswick-Trinidad Sister City Project) for their perseverance over the past two + years to find a way to formalize their sister city project, despite formidable odds within their community environment for its success. Where there is a WILL there is a WAY! Brunswick has kept a notebook of their struggle, a documentation of the impediments they encountered, and how each was overcome, one by one. We look forward, and invite everyone to join us to celebrating the official signing, hopefully in February, as part of the USCSCA Sister City Conference in Cuba February 17-24, 2002. |
